چکیده

Bipolar fuzzy set theory has been successfully applied in some areas, but there are situations real life which can’t be represented by bipolar sets. However, all the existing approaches unsuitable to describe positive and negative membership degree an element uncertain linguistic label have interval value, can reflect decision maker’s confidence level when they making evaluation. In order overcome this limit, we propose definition of interval-valued sets (IVBULSs) solve problem based on information processing models. paper, extend traditional aggregating operators IVBUL operators. Then, CODAS method multiple attribute group (MAGDM) issues with numbers (IVBULNs) these An example for risk assessment Chinese enterprises’ overseas mergers acquisitions (M&As) is given illustrate proposed methodology.

Arithmetic Aggregation Operators for Interval-valued Intuitionistic Linguistic Variables and Application to Multi-attribute Group Decision Making

The intuitionistic linguistic set (ILS) is an extension of linguisitc variable. To overcome the drawback of using single real number to represent membership degree and non-membership degree for ILS, the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic linguistic set (IVILS) is introduced through representing the membership degree and non-membership degree with intervals for ILS in this paper. The oper...

Multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic variables and complete unknown weight information

Interval type-2 fuzzy sets, each of which is characterized by the footprint of uncertainty, are a very useful means to depict the linguistic information in the process of decision making. In this article, we investigate the group decision making problems in which all the linguistic information provided by the decision makers is expressed as interval type-2 fuzzy decision matrices where each of ...

Some Generalized Single Valued Neutrosophic Linguistic Operators and Their Application to Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making

This paper proposes a group decision making method based on entropy of neutrosophic linguistic sets and generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic operators. This method is applied to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems under single valued neutrosophic liguistic environment, in which the attribute weights are completely unknown. First, the attribute weights are ob...

Intuitionistic Uncertain Linguistic Powered Einstein Aggregation Operators and Their Application to Multi-attribute Group Decision Making

The intuitionistic uncertain fuzzy linguistic variable can easily express the fuzzy information, and the power average (PA) operator is a useful tool which provides more versatility in the information aggregation procedure. At the same time, Einstein operations are a kind of various t-norms and t-conorms families which can be used to perform the corresponding intersections and unions of intuiti...

Uncertain Linguistic Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making Approach and Its Application to Software Project Selection

This paper proposes a new approach to solve the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem where attribute values are in the format of uncertain linguistic information and attribute weights are in the format of linguistic information. Firstly, concepts and comparison laws of uncertain 2-tuple are given. Then, an uncertain 2-tuple ordered weighted averaging (UTOWA) operator is used...
